1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TaskRunner’s shipping and logistics services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users, shippers, and recipients. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not proceed with a shipment request.

2. Customer Responsibilities

The shipper is solely responsible for:

• Providing accurate weight, dimensions, and declared value for all items.
• Ensuring the recipient’s address and contact details are correct.
• Disclosing any fragile or special handling requirements in the “Special Instructions” field.
• Ensuring that no prohibited items are included in the shipment.

3. Pricing and Payments

All quotes provided by the website are estimates. The final price will be confirmed only after a physical review of the package weight and dimensions by TaskRunner staff. TaskRunner reserves the right to adjust the final price if the actual weight or volume differs from the submitted quote.

4. Liability and Insurance

TaskRunner takes maximum care in handling all shipments. However:

• Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the Declared Value provided by the shipper at the time of the request.
• We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, flight delays, or severe weather.
• Highly fragile items are shipped at the owner’s risk unless professional packaging is requested.

5. Delivery Timelines

Our standard delivery window is 7–14 business days. Please note that these are targets and not guarantees. International shipments may be subject to additional delays due to local customs processing in Nigeria.

6. Prohibited Items & Confiscation

If a shipment is found to contain prohibited items (as listed above), TaskRunner reserves the right to refuse the shipment, notify the relevant authorities, or dispose of the item without compensation to the shipper.
